One Bedroom Villa
Villa Iris is a charming one bedroomed house, comfortably furnished with a modern, yet homely touch that is surrounded by wonderful mature gardens. It is only a short distance from the centre of the village and its nearby sweeping golden sandy beach.
As with the other four properties within this group of villas, Villa Iris enjoys access to the shared swimming pool (11 x 7m), poolside bar area with fridge, poolside shower, shared portable BBQ and mature gardens.
Iris has a balcony leading from the kitchen and a patio area at the side of the kitchen. Conveniently constructed over one level, the central living space comprises a living area with satellite TV (limited English channels)and . 2 single sofa beds, a dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with full hob, oven and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom with airconditioning and safe as well as a shower room with wash basin, WC and hairdryer.
The gardens surrounding the villa are private and lush with beautifully matured plants, flowers and trees.
Maid service is 3 times weekly, linen and towels are changed twice weekly. The nearest beaches are in the village of Aghios Georgios or at Halikounas. The closest minimarket is a 2 minute walk. Car hire is recommended at this property.
