Villa Kassandra is conveniently located in beautifully matured gardens, just a short distance from the centre of the village with its sweeping golden sandy beach. This modern villa has been tastefully decorated and has all the facilities required for a great holiday.
Set on one level Villa Kassandra has a fully fitted kitchen with microwave oven, full oven and hob, fridge/freezer and coffee machine. There is an open dining area and lounge with sofabed and 2 twin rooms each with an ensuite shower room and satellite TV (limited English channels). There is also a small safe. The balcony runs the entire length of the front of the house providing plenty of space for al fresco dining.
The shared swimming pool (11m x 7 m) is surrounded by both paved terraces and lawn and has plenty of sunbeds to relax and enjoy the scents from the abundance of flowers and fruit trees. There is a poolside bar area with fridge and shower along with a portable BBQ.
Maid service is 3 times weekly and linen / towels are changed twice weekly. The nearest beaches are in the village of Aghios Georgios or at Halikounas. The closest minimarket is a 2 minute walk
