The 2 bedroom villas are built on two levels. From the main hallway entrance situated on the upper level, there is a large twin bedroom that has its own en-suite bathroom with large shower area that has been stylishly tiled in natural sand and stone colours with marble fixtures. Across the hallway is a very large master bedroom with four-poster bed and spacious ensuite bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms share a large veranda running the length of the villa and have spectacular views right across the sea.
Descending to the lower level you will find an exceptionally spacious open plan living room with fireplace, dining area and a very elegant, fully equipped kitchen. Doors lead out onto the pool and outdoor dining terrace. On this level there are two twin bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom with shower.
Each of the villas have spacious rooms that are bright and airy and decorated in soft natural colours. The interiors and furnishings are contemporary in style giving a feeling of comfort and elegance.
The surrounding gardens of each villa have been planted with a profusion of Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and herbs and are designed in such a way as to give privacy to each property. Each 2 bedroom villa has its own private pool (40 sqm) and outdoor dining area overlooking the magnificent southern coast of Kefalonia.
The sandy beach in Trapezaki, which tends to be one of the quieter beaches even in the summer, is about a 2 minute drive away. The nearest village that has a good selection of shops, excellent bakery as well as various tavernas is about a 5 minute drive. There are 3 tavernas and a mini market within 10 minutes walk.
