Located just 5 minutes stroll from the pretty village of Pollonia the Konstantakis Farm has a wonderfully panoramic view over the neighbouring islands and the blue of the Aegean Sea. The traditional complex of typically Cycladic buildings are surrounded by large grounds filled with trees, palms and fragrant flowers and off a tranquil base from which to enjoy Milos.
The residence comprises of 7 studios (25 - 30 m2) two of which are superior studios of bigger size and on two levels. Each studio is located on the ground floor with independent entrance, a private large veranda with view to the sea and the garden, kitchenette and bathroom. Accommodation for 2 persons in queen or twin bed or for 3 persons in queen and single bed.
Suite (50 m2) on two levels with independent entrance, kitchenette and bathroom. Located on the first floor, it boasts two large verandas with sea view, one facing east and the other facing west. It consists of one bedroom with queen size bed and open living room with two built-in sofas convertible into single beds.
Accommodation for 2-4 people.
The apartment (55 m2) consists of a studio and a bedroom with inter-connecting doors, independent entrances, 2 bathrooms, and kitchenette. It is a detached house located on ground floor with 2 large verandas, one facing east with view to the sea and garden and another facing west with view to the garden. Sleeps 4-5 persons in queen size bed, twin bed and sofa convertible to single bed.
Konstantakis has its own vineyard producing excellent local table wine and a large area set aside for growing organic fruit and vegetables – visitors are invited to participate in agricultural activites on the farm should they wish. The owners offer a free garden buffet during the early evening where produce from the farm can be sampled. The optional breakfasts available are served in each room.
