Kalymnos, Pserimos, & Telendos

Wild and wonderful, Kalymnos is characterised by the dramatic mountains which draw climbers from all over the world.  Utterly spectacular scenery and greener than most of the neighbouring islands, Kalymnos has fertile valleys and verdant enclaves.

Although the sponge diving heyday of Kaymnos is long gone, the island remains inextricably entwined with the sea – the turquoise bays have some delightful beaches, albeit mainly pebble rather than sand.  Just offshore is the enticing car-free islet of Telendos. Kalymnos is best reached by boat from Kos taking around an hour.

Tiny neighbouring Pserimos lies between Kalymnos and Kos and is a mysterious little island home to just 80 people.  Pristine natural beauty combines with the deep blue sea making Pserimos a true escape from the rest of the world.

On Telendos, you’ll find tranquility and relaxation. Walk along the paved promenade of the small port with its fishing boats. Next to it is a shallow, sandy beach, almost entirely shaded by trees. This will be your whole world throughout your stay, since this is where you’ll find the only village, the only rooms to rent and the only shops.
