La Meriana was an abandoned settlement in the foothills of the mountains just 3 kilometres inland from the pretty seaside town of Panormos.
The owner has fully restored the stone ruins, keeping the harmony and style intact. Rooms are bright with neutral tones and contain bare stone feature walls offering complete comfort with beautiful furniture and lavish beds.
The Junior Suite sleeps 2 people and has a double bed, it can be interconnected with the Pool Front Suite to accommodate a party of up to 6 people.
The Premium Suite sleeps 2-3 people with a double bed and single sofa bed. It has a stunning terrace with outside Jacuzzi with wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
The Exclusive Suite sleeps 2-3 people with a double bed and single sofa bed. It has a private balcony, with outside Jacuzzi and beautiful views of the Cretan countryside to the sea. There are steps down for access to the swimming pool.
The Superior Suite A sleeps 3-4 people and is located on the ground floor, it can be connected with Superior Suite B to make a 2 level residence sleeping up to 8 people. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is also a single sofa bed. There is direct access to the swimming pool.
The Superior Suite B is the same as Superior Suite A, but it is on the upper floor with a large terrace and outside Jacuzzi and access to the swimming pool.
The Pool Front Suite is located on the ground floor and sleeps 2-4 people. There is a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. It can be connected with the Junior Suite to sleep 6. There is direct access to the pool from this room.
All rooms have a kitchen and modern bathroom with shower and hydro massage.
The property is surrounded by greenery, which creates a wonderful feeling of calm peacefulness, there is also a large vegetable garden with fragrant herbs that guests are welcome to use. A large communal pool is planned for the coming season. There is also a large common kitchen and large terrace to hold cooking classes to make traditional Cretan dishes.
