Psathi Blue Alpha consists of two separate buildings, each providing accommodation for up to two guests. The layout includes a bedroom, living space, and bathroom, offering a cosy and private setting ideal for couples. The property features two verandas: one measuring around 20 square metres, offering privacy and comfort, and a second veranda of approximately 13 square metres with elevated views overlooking Psathi beach and the port of Kimolos. Psathi Blue Alpha is available only as a complete unit and is suited for those in search of quiet, self-contained accommodation close to the sea.
Psathi Blue Beta covers an area of 30 square metres and can host up to three guests in an open-plan layout. It includes a small kitchenette, a furnished veranda of around 4 square metres, and a spacious rooftop terrace measuring approximately 40 square metres. This upper level offers partial views over the port and beach, providing an ideal space for outdoor dining or evening relaxation under the Aegean sky.
Both residences are accessible on foot via the nearby beach, with the closest public parking area and a bus stop located approximately 300 metres away. Their location, just above Psathi beach, provides immediate access to the coast while preserving a sense of peaceful seclusion.
