The 40-square-metre interior has been finished to a high standard and includes an open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bed, a sofa-bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The layout has been designed to maximise comfort while maintaining a sense of simplicity in line with the island’s natural surroundings. Outside, a private veranda offers sea views, creating an ideal space for quiet mornings or evenings by the water. Deck chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for use on the beach, adding to the convenience of a beachfront stay.
A nearby parking area allows for easy access, while the residence remains secluded enough to ensure privacy. Thalassa Beach House is located approximately two kilometres from the island’s port at Psathi. Directions from the port lead through Chorio, the island’s main village, and continue along well-signposted routes, including a final stretch along a rough dirt road that leads to a small parking area. From there, a short 50-metre walk reaches the house.
