Theasis Luxury Suites consists of eight impeccably appointed suites that balance modern comforts with traditional design. Mornings at Theasis begin at the family’s Meltemi Restaurant, where breakfast is prepared using ingredients sourced directly from the family’s farmland, herds, and fishing boats. Freshly baked bread, local cheeses, seasonal fruits, and traditional delicacies are served in a welcoming garden surrounded by blooming trees and fragrant flowers. The restaurant continues to offer authentic island cuisine throughout the day, with dishes that showcase the richness of local produce and the skills passed down through generations. Every plate is a reflection of family tradition, with cooking led by Anastasia Prasinou and Evangelia Prasinou, while Elias Prasinos tends to the baking.
