Etoile de Mer – the star of the sea – is a superb 5 bedroom villa constructed of local stone and marble with an interior that respects the local architecture but using the highest standards.
The location of Etoile de Mer is superb – irresistible views out over the endless blue of the sea but nestled at the foot of a slope giving protection from any wind. The property comprises a main house and 3 independent apartments each with their own private entrance in a 5500 square metre plot. Etoile de Mer is situated in Paleopolis, the ancient capital of Andros in the centre of Andros, mere minutes from the closest beach and 15 minutes from Gavrio the main port .
The main house is air-conditioned, has one double bedroom and one double twin bedroom; the double bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with bath tub. The rest of the main house consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
The remaining part of the house consists of three elegant apartments independent from the main house that connect from the outside, all with their own separate entrance. All apartments consist of a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower a basic kitchenette and a living area. One of the apartments is air-conditioned and the other two have ceiling fans.
In two of the apartments there are two double couches that can be converted to two double beds bringing the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated to fourteen.
There is a superb 65 square meter "infinity" type swimming pool with variable depth of 60cm-250cm featuring Jacuzzi and great views from within the pool, towards the Aegean sea. There is also an outdoor shower three external dining areas with pergolas, a BBQ and a private parking that comprises of an open area and a covered area.
