10 Villas, Seafront location, bioclimatic cooling/heating
Based on the traditional medieval houses typical of Folegandros and constructed from local island stone, the 10 Folegandros Villas are located just outside of Karavostatis the entry port to Folegandros. Because of this location just 400m from the village, the wonderful Folegandros Villas have virtually private access down the steep cliff paths to a number of small beaches.
Each villa is individually designed and is capable of accommodating up to 4 guests with a living room (containing sofa beds or built in beds), kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a further bathroom and master bedroom on the first floor. Each also offers a separate outdoor living/dining area and extensive terraces. Stunning sea views are afforded over to neighbouring islands including Paros, Naxos, Ios, Sikinos and Santorini and the endless blue of the Aegean Sea.
Each villa offers bioclimactic cooling and heating systems (underfloor), air conditioning, satellite LCD TV, MP3 player, fully equipped kitchen, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and large outdoor dining area under a private pergola.
The 10 villas also share a fantastic waterfall swimming pool surrounded by terraces with sunbeds and parasols which also has more stunning sea views. There is also a local collaboration which enables guests to enjoy scuba diving, free-diving, spear fishing and island tours with the opportunity of dolphin watching.
Perfectly located, the sounds of the sea will be the first thing guests hear each morning, and the last thing each evening.
